5. Payments & Transactions

Payments (if applicable) are made directly between users and agencies, unless otherwise specified. Itinella does not hold liability for disputes, cancellations, refunds, or service failures.

6. User Conduct

  • Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Use Itinella for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

Itinella acts as a technology platform connecting users and agencies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or availability of any itinerary or service listed. Itinella is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
